WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR COMPREHENSIVE VISIT• Interior Structural Audit: Check all ceilings, windows, and baseboards for active water intrusion, leaks, or structural shifts.
• HVAC Stability Inspection: Verify thermostat functionality, measure ambient humidity levels, check/replace air filters, and proactively vacuum the AC condensate drain line to ensure total system health.
• Plumbing System Flush: Run water through all sinks, tubs, and showers to maintain P-trap vapor barriers; flush all toilets to prevent dry seals. Includes an annual system flush of the hot water heater.
• Pest & Breach Detection: Inspect all entry points, garage tracks, and exterior seals for active columns of ants, termites, or rodent intrusion.
• Perimeter Security Check: Confirm all windows, doors, and sliders are physically locked and show no signs of forced entry, vandalism, or storm deterioration. Includes basic exterior visual security camera maintenance.
